Empathics are the most compassionate people you will ever meet. And the loneliest. Exposing themselves to all those hidden feelings, all that guilt, pain and sorrow.

And people like me tend to get their signals mixed up. We think people are feeling the way we want them to feel when they're special to us...when really...there's nothing there.
